TeamSalesAgent provides this Privacy Statement to inform you about our privacy practices regarding our TeamSalesAgent Site (“Site”) products and services. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

TeamSalesAgent may collect information on our site and also on behalf of our customers. When the TeamSalesAgent technology is activated, a chat session begins in which the user enters into a question and answer session with the technology. These session transcripts are maintained and collected for certain purposes including, but not limited to, the following: technology maintenance, support of our customers, demographic information and analysis and optimization of the site services. TeamSalesAgent may track your selections (clicks) on offers in order to better optimize TeamSalesAgent. Our optimization may include the use of cookie technology. A cookie is a small file that resides on your computer to store information in order to personalize your use of our products and services based on information that you supplied e.g. your name, your zip code. TeamSalesAgent does not use cookies to store personal information such as credit card numbers. Further, some of our affiliates may use click through cookies to track the effectiveness of promotions they run through TeamSalesAgent. Third party vendors, including Google use cookies to serve ads on the internet based on a user's prior visits to websites. Users may opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page.
Information Shared
By purchasing, registering or making reservations for, products or services offered or sponsored by third parties on the Site, or electing to receive communications (such as emails or magazine subscriptions) or electing to participate in contests, sweepstakes or other programs (such as discount or rewards programs), offered or sponsored by third parties on the Site, you consent to our providing your personal information to those third parties. Those third parties may use your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. TeamSalesAgent users may opt-out and not engage in chat sessions thus opting not to provide information during chat sessions.

TeamSalesAgent uses security measures to protect unauthorized access of your information. Appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures are put in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
